Life is Mystery. And by talking to another about it, you might gain perspective with the ways it nudges you. Spiritual guidance is an opportunity to tell another person about your life and in the process see the ways Divine Energy is present—inside you and all life—inspiring, nourishing and challenging. Spiritual Guidance can help you live more authentically. The practice dates back to the third and fourth centuries when people sought the wisdom of the desert mystics.

What is a Spiritual Guidance session like? During a typical session, you might talk about your life in an intimate way: the quality of important relationships, your attitude toward work or career, your hopes and worries, your struggles and goals, your joyful memories and regrets. In all of this you might reflect on your feelings or shifts of feelings, thoughts, and possible inspirations and challenges that unfold for you.

Typically spiritual guidance sessions are 60 minutes every 4-6 weeks. The first session is an opportunity for you to meet the spiritual guide or companion, to learn more about spiritual guidance and each other. Since it is a spiritual process, the relationship lasts as long as you and the spiritual companion find it nourishing. A periodic review of the relationship and process is recommended.

Cost: $60 per session. A sliding fee scale is available. No cost for the first session.

Where: Spiritual guidance sessions will be at Carondelet Center, 1890 Randolph Ave., St. Paul.
